On 18–19 November, the partnership of the ERASMUS+ project VTskills gathered in Ghent (BE) for the fourth general meeting.
Hosted by Ghent University, the partners met in person to plan and launch the activities for pilot testing the e-learning courses on Sustainable Precision Viticulture (SPV), developed within Work Package 3. During the meeting, the partners agreed on the certification process for course participants and discussed which types of on-site lessons should complement the online training.
Partners also collaborated on planning the creation of e-demo farms with educational, informative, and demonstrative purposes. These farms will provide students, farmers, and entrepreneurs with ideas and practical suggestions on how integrating innovative solutions can make production processes more efficient, reduce environmental impact, and enhance business profitability.
The next project meeting is scheduled to take place in Tuscany (IT) in May 2026. Stay tuned!
