The NEO Physical Observations and Properties Simulation (NEOPOPS) is a European Space Agency (ESA) funded project dedicated to the physical characterization of Near-Earth Objects (NEOs). Led by the National Institute for Astrophysics - Astronomical Observatory of Rome (INAF - OAR).
