European cooperation matters, and Interreg Europe shows how exchanges between territories can translate into real change in public policies. It covers all EU Member States and beyond, involving Norway, Switzerland, and, most recently, the Western Balkans, Moldova and Ukraine. Resolvo has long supported regions, local authorities, development agencies and other organisations across Europe in shaping, managing, and strengthening their cooperation projects with Interreg Europe.
A key moment: projects active on all calls
2025 has been an especially dynamic year. Projects funded on all three Interreg Europe calls are now running, including those that integrated new partners from the newly eligible member states through the enlargement call in 2024.
This marks an important milestone for the Programme and for Resolvo, as we support projects at different stages of implementation.

Topics shaping Europe’s future
The projects we manage address some of the most relevant themes for Europe’s sustainable, competitive and inclusive development: renewable energy communities, energy efficiency, food waste reduction, hydrogen uptake, decarbonisation of the health system, the aerospace economy, climate adaptation, skills for the twin transition, digital resilience, digital responsibility and ethical AI, local identity and better living spaces, industrial transition, quality apprenticeships, female empowerment, microfinance and the social economy, creative and cultural industries…
This variety reflects the complexity of today’s policy landscape and the richness of the solutions that can emerge from interregional cooperation.

The value of partnership
Every project is, above all, a story of people and collaboration.
Our role is to support partners throughout the entire journey: from project preparation and coordination to challenge analysis, solution design, policy change proposals, communication, and technical and financial reporting.
This means fostering a collaborative and engaging environment, where study visits, peer exchanges, moderated interactive sessions and team-building activities help partners learn and innovate together.
In practice, it means travelling from tiny islands to capital cities, from remote regions to the EU’s eastern borders; meeting local stakeholders, understanding different cultures, testing sentences in unfamiliar languages (often with humorous results!), tasting local food, navigating public transport systems, catching tight connections… and returning home with new ideas about what “Europe” can and must be.
Looking ahead to 2026
Next year will bring concrete results: projects will move from exchange to action, turning lessons learned into improved policies. Resolvo will be there to support projects in this stage too.
