The Interreg Rhin Supérieur Program (Interreg Oberrhein) 2021–2027 is a European cross-border cooperation initiative involving France, Germany, and Switzerland. Funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the program supports joint projects in the Upper Rhine region.

Programme objective
The Interreg Rhin Supérieur programme supports cross-border cooperation between France, Germany and Switzerland. The Programme budget amounts to 125 117 615 €, of which 116,9 million € is dedicated to funding projects. Added to this, the programme partners have dedicated almost 100 million € of co-funding and further Swiss funding to support projects.
The programme seeks to make the cross-border region greener, better connected, more social, smarter and closer to the citizens.
The role of Resolvo
Resolvo is contracted to carry out the evaluation of the programme Communication Strategy. The evaluation:
- analyses how communication has contributed to successful programme implementation.
- obtains and analyses quantitative and qualitative data on programme visibility among its various target audiences.
- analyses the impact of social media.
