BETTI – Better governance for trustworthy AI – is funded by the third Interreg Europe call of the 2021-2027 programming period. The project will run for four years, from 1 May 2025 to July 2029.
BETTI brings together 10 partners from 8 countries across Europe:

Programme or project objective
BETTI will focus on interregional learning to:
- Examine how different public authorities govern trustworthy AI.
- Identify gaps in achieving minimum governance standards across various smart city sectors.
- Promote interregional exchange for improved AI governance.
- Integrate governance standards into policy instruments.
- Monitor policy changes that support the adoption of trustworthy AI in smart cities.
The role of Resolvo
Resolvo supported CISE in the preparation of the successful project application. We now support the Lead Partner in project management and in the methodological development of the project.
