The INTERNISA project is funded in the framework of the call for strategic projects of the ENI CBC-MED 2014-2020 Programme.
INTERNISA runs from 05 October 2020 until 04 April 2023.

The project is led by the Region of Macedonia (Greece) in partnership with eight partners from:

  • Spain
  • Italy
  • Greece
  • Palestine
  • Jordan
  • Tunisia
  • Liban

Objective of the project

The project aims to raise the e-skills of young women in order to increase their employability and thus foster innovation in SMEs. With the aim of providing e-skills training to women and know-how to companies on digitisation approaches, the project will develop:

  • online and offline services for women and employers to provide training and counselling programmes;
  • an online platform for matching labour supply and demand;
  • events to foster contacts between jobseekers and employers.

Fondazione Arezzo Innovazione is the partner for Italy and, through the project, intends to promote pilot training actions for young women to enable them to acquire digital skills in the agrifood, financial, textile and tourism sectors.

The role of Resolvo

Resolvo supports the partner in Arezzo for the activities of the pilot action envisaged in Work Package 5. In particular, it will provide support for:

  • the development of the offline spot, a desk to offer women and companies an information point on job opportunities, training courses, materials promoted by Internisa;
  • the organisation of training events for women and companies, aimed at fostering the digitisation of SMEs by combining the inclusion of women in the world of work;
  • the organisation of dissemination workshops to publicise the tools developed and made available by Internisa.
