During second meeting of the Interreg Europe Cyber<\/a>, we visited the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE<\/a>), based in Tallin, Estonia.<\/p>\n

The NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence supports its member nations and NATO with cyber defence expertise in the fields of technology, strategy, operations and law.<\/p>\n

The NATO CCD COE \u2013 the home of the Tallinn Manual 2.0 – is a multinational and interdisciplinary hub of cyber defence expertise. The Centre organises the world\u2019s largest and most complex international technical cyber defence exercise Locked Shields<\/a>, where national teams are put under intense pressure to maintain the networks and services of a fictional country. This includes handling and reporting incidents, solving forensic challenges, and responding to legal and strategic communications and scenario injects. To stay abreast of market developments, Locked Shields focuses on realistic and cutting-edge technologies, networks and attack methods.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
