The role play of the Business Case competition organised today in Florence by Resolvo is based on this concept.<\/p>\n
14 Interreg Europe projects focusing on different aspects of the Energy Transition will present their approaches and try to convince the audience to vote for them.<\/p>\n
The Business Case competition will help them define and present their value proposition. However, to have a better chance to succeed they will have to take many factors into consideration.<\/p>\n
These factors will be analysed in three workshops focusing on:<\/p>\n
– analysing the users involved in the process;<\/p>\n
– analysing the resources needed to make the vision a reality;<\/p>\n
– analyse the external factors that will have an impact on the actions identified.<\/p>\n
