The partners of the ELISE project (INTERREG EUROPE<\/a>) met in France for their 3rd<\/sup> Interregional Forum. The meeting gave them the opportunity to learn more about the Life Science Ecosystem that exists in Centre \u2013 Val de Loire Region.<\/p>\n

Partners worked on the common constraints identified at regional level regarding market, human resources, technical resources and bioethical concerns. The next phase of the project will be dedicated to the identification of suitable solutions to these constraints.<\/p>\n

The host partner gave a comprehensive overview of their Biopharmaceutical ecosystem, presenting both their funding programme and a selection of collaborative projects funded by it and currently running.<\/p>\n

The study visit programme was particularly interesting with visits to the BIO3 Institute<\/a> (biotechnology and bioproduction) and INRA<\/a> (National Institute of Agronomical Research).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
