In the concept note to be submitted partners are requested to explain what measurable change they intend to achieve, why it matters to the North-West of Europe and which is the link to the NWE programme. The co-funding rate is 60%.<\/p>\n<p>The themes addressed by the programme are the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Innovation<\/li>\n<li>Low carbon<\/li>\n<li>Resource and materials efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The programme manual is available <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nweurope.eu\/index.php?act=page&amp;page_on=about&amp;id=1576\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first call will be open from the 6th of April to the 18th of May.
