DANUBE Programme: 547 proposals being evaluated

576 Expression of Interest (EoI) submitted under the first call for proposals. After an initial evaluation, sorting out the duplications and invalid EoI, 547 proposals have been considered for further assessment.

The majority of proposals address the Specific Objectives 2.1 (strengthen transnational water management and flood risk prevention) and 1.2 (increase competences for business and social innovation). Most Lead Applicants come from Hungary, Romania and Slovenia.

Assessment procedure is currently ongoing. The second step of the first call for proposals is planned for April 2016.
